I put in a $200 investment just to see if it was legit and any good, back in 2023. I've lost money and never made a single penny. I've been trying to sell my shares for $150 and take a loss and nobody would buy them. You cannot take your investment out at any time. So I lost $200 on it. Stay far away from this scam.

They tell you you have access after 6 months. My money has been tied up for almost 1 year and no access.You cannot speak to a human. STAY AWAY!!! COMPLETE SCAM!!!

I want to clarify that the six-month holding period means eligible investors can request liquidity, not that access to funds is guaranteed immediately at six months. Redemption requests are processed through scheduled windows, and eligible shares may also have other liquidity options, including the Secondary Market, where sales depend on buyer demand and is open on a monthly basis. We also want to clarify that while our chat may begin with an AI agent, investors can request a human at any time. I invested a good amount about 5/6 years ago. Both of the properties invested in are vacation rentals, so the understanding that dividends would be sporadic was understood. The hope was the home price would grow significantly, that when one was to sell their shares, the profit would be worth the investment. I haven't seen a dividend in 5 months and this is during the summer's prime vacation time. My current investment value is 15% below purchase price?? They are either paying way too much in maintenance fees or far too much for the property initially. Home pricing has skyrocketed since my initial investment yet these properties have seen an overall decrease. It's possible that vacation rentals aren't the correct investment but it just doesn't seem right in the end. I am holding on until I can at least break even but would caution anyone looking to invest. Do your research first

This is by far the worst investment I have ever made. I made more money from the abysmal interest from my checking account. There is no way to get your money out of this company; they make you sell on some secondary market at a loss to get your money out of these horrible investments and then when you want to withdraw your money their system is "broken" with no follow-up at all. Invested my money for 24+ months for a significant loss. I highly recommend doing your research before putting a single dollar in this company.

Terrible returns and terrible way to liquidate. You are not allowed to pull your cash out early and if you do, you are subject to secondary market fees and you are NOT going to sell for the face value cost. After holding shares to 2 years, I lost 10% of my initial investment after selling on the secondary market. Your money would do better in bonds, which is saying something.

I decided to try Arrive and invest a small amount ($500) I was unaware that there was a transaction fee of $10. More importantly, after learning this, I tried to withdraw my money and was told I can't withdraw it for 6 months. It's been three months and I see zero growth.

I made a small test investment with Arrived to see how it would go. First, my invest has only lost value, and second, it has been near impossible to sell my shares and get my money back. My advice is to save your time and money and completely avoid investing with Arrived homes.
