I have been an Arrived investor for a while now. I appreciate the transparency from leadership and the educational resources available to make investment decisions. I’m grateful to have access to a relatively unique real estate investment option to provide diversification from other investments.

Very disappointed with the perceived valuations of the properties I purchased vs the actual valuations. Will give them credit for getting a little better on the newer properties but not any where near 1% rule for rental investing. Market fund has been positive experience.
