Execution and delivery were excellent. Candles arrived in a reasonable amount of time and were packaged appropriately. The reason for the three star review is that the candles smell absolutely nothing like what they are supposed to smell like. While I understand that scent and overall olfactory experiences are subjective, there is no way this is an issue of nuance. It simply is not what it should be. I would chalk this up to subjective opinion and move on, but these are not inexpensive. Service and delivery was great, but I feel like I spent a lot of money on something that did not deliver on what I was expecting.
