I am struck by the humanistic nature of customer service response and the follow up to see if I was sorted. I'm thrilled to hear it is a small team of people managing Arkadium. I was having trouble logging in so I went to change my password figuring that was the cause. You know, old password don't work no more. I couldn't get past the spinning wheel so I contacted support. They were right on it! We communicated a few days then support sent me a link and Viola! I was playing my games in two seconds.
