Hi A Lashbrook ☺️ Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our games. We're glad to hear you're enjoying them and appreciate your patience with the ads in the free version. We're sorry to learn about the flashing Hush fashion advert — that sounds frustrating, and your feedback is very important to us. We'll look into this issue to ensure that ads do not negatively impact the gameplay experience. Please feel free to reach out if you notice anything like this again, and thank you for being part of our community! 🎮👍

Hi Holly! We’re truly sorry to hear about your recent experience and understand how frustrating this must be. We greatly appreciate the time you’ve spent playing and supporting Arkadium, and it’s disappointing to hear that the newer version hasn’t lived up to your expectations. Your feedback about game bugs, lost progress, and the removal of the comments section is being shared directly with our development and product teams. We know these issues can disrupt the fun and reliability you expect, and we’re actively reviewing ways to improve stability and transparency. We also hear your concern about being referred to support — while they do their best to assist quickly, we recognize that lasting fixes must come from the development side. If you’re currently experiencing any specific issues, please reach out to us at [email protected] with as much detail as possible — this helps our teams diagnose and resolve problems more effectively. We value your continued play and hope to restore your confidence before your subscription ends. Thank you again for taking the time to share your honest thoughts — they truly help us improve.
