I ordered some boots online and i got an email the next day that my order was canceled due to it being out of stock. I tried getting my money back but ariat is ignoring me. I did not get my money back and i will not trust ariat again.

Ariat International didn't fail to provide outstanding shopping experience, the price and quality coudn't have been any better. When it comes to customer service, certain improvements could me made. Without a doubt, they can take a long time to reply. They have very good customer service once you are able to get a hold of them. I recommend Ariat for a positive shopping environment unless you require urgent customer service. ONLY shop from the official website!!

I purchased from Ariatstore.com and never received my product. They provided a tracking number, but these were coming from China. Had I known that, I would have never purchased in the first place. Has anyone had any luck getting your money back? I email them daily asking for a full refund.

These boots are made in China. I had no idea, honestly thought they were made in America. All adult boots are made in China, children’s range is made in India. I wouldn’t buy a pair of these again.

Wish I could do zero stars. Bought "work" boots, they were cheaply made and tore the second day I had them. Customer service was worse than the boots. Gave me the run-around and then closed my case with no resolution. Pretty clear they couldn't care less. Last pair of ariat's I'll ever buy

I purchased a pair of H20 all terrain boots in October. The rubber around the toes on both boots was crooked. I messaged Ariat, as I would expect better quality control and wondered what unseen defects were there. Over the past 5 months, I received 3 messages apologizing for lack of a response, they're busy, and here's a 20% coupon. Today I received a message my case has been closed!!! I've always liked my Ariat boots, but no more, there are many other options.
