Terrible service, the worst I have ever had. I ordered a pair of boots for my boyfriend on the 1st of Oktober 2023 . Today is the 21st of November and i still have not received my package. They dont even have a phone number for me to contact them. Ive sent multiple emails and they keep on giving me the same answer that it is “sale season” and my package is still in China’s customs! I am asking for a refund but not even sure i will get my money back. Dont waste your time money and effort with this website . Very very unhappy !

I sure wish I had read reviews of Ariat and their nonexistent customer service. They obviously have no idea how to get their products from the shelf to a box to a delivery truck. They claim to be veteran friendly but they will rob anyone.

Don’t waste your money , I paid £160 for Arita wellies , not even had them a year and all cracked on the sides where your ankle bends when walking , should have stuck to a cheaper pair of wellies that last longer ..

I bought Ariat boots for 20 years before my last experience. The boots didn't come close to making it through the warranty. I called and went through their protocol to process the warranty. They tried hard to not warranty the boots, but they finally did when I kept pursuing it. The replacement boots failed in the toes like the other pair did, and the sole separated as well. This time, they refused to honor the warranty altogether, claiming that there is no defect in the boots. This is a criminal organization, and is no longer the company I used to buy boots from.

Asked a question to customer service and basically got a "no". Why do they bother having customer service at all?

Like everyone else says, terrible customer service. Horrible. Horrible. Slow process. Orders take forever. Zero customer service. Do not order from no matter how cool you think Ariat stuff is. Worthless.

My husband bought me ladies lace up work boots last year for Christmas from tractor supply. The soles of these boots lasted longer than any other part of the boot. I have 7 months wear time on the boots and they just fell apart. Nothing a work boot shouldn't be able to handle as it's designed for work but I guess their quality has gone out the window. They use to be the longest lasting and most comfortable boot I owned.

I just want to write that I am so grateful for this site and for all those who leave reviews here. I was very tempted to purchase a pair of boots from Ariat but felt something was off. Of course, the reviews are wonderful on their site but not so much on others. Thank you to all who gave specifics and to Trustpilot's team.
