I ordered boots February 21st and paid for 2 day shipping. It is now March 3rd and they have not arrived. Terrible customer service on the phone. The boots are in stock. They just didn't bother shipping out on time.

Schicken falsche Ware und erstatten nach Retoure der falschen Ware nicht das Geld. Nach 1 Monat hin und her schreibt der Support ich soll mich gedulden. Die Retoure liegt bereits mehr als 14 Tage in deren Lager. Ich rate zutiefst von Online Bestellungen bei diesem Unternehmen ab.

Een mooi paar boots besteld maar terug gestuurd omdat ik een ander paar mooier vond, maar deze waren ook mooi! Na een week of wat kreeg ik een bevestiging dat de return ontvangen was en dat het tot 14 werkdagen kon duren voor ik mijn geld terughad. Na 14 dagen had ik helaas nog niks ontvangen, waarop ik de klantenservice gemaild heb. Kreeg gelijk een automatische mail terug dat iemand contact zou opnemen. Na het lezen van een aantal trustpilot reviews was ik alleen wat bang dat het niet goed zou komen, waarop ik de klantenservice maar heb gebeld. Ze namen snel op en hoewel alleen in het Engels, was de klantenservice gelijk ermee bezig. Nog tijdens het bellen werd het bedrag overgemaakt, een bevestiging gemaild en uitvoerige en zeer vriendelijke excuses. Kennelijk gaat het met iDeal betalen niet altijd goed en blijft de refund soms hangen in het systeem, is het verhaal wat ik te horen kreeg. Enfin, ik ben best tevreden met hoe dit opgepakt werd, en heb mijn geld weer terug! Mocht je dit ook gebeuren dan raad ik aan om te bellen!

I have ordered 2 boots from theit web site. One returned, as the size was not a good fit. After 2.5 weeks time, got money back. No hassle, no questions asked. From the order to delivery it took 4 days, i got everyday updates on status via e-mail. The boots are quite unique, leather is exclusive, design is beautiful and overal quality is top. I really dont get it, why some people complain about support here...Its mystical to me. I ordered my boots from Denmark and their delivery was from Holland, on there web site there is a address, telephone number to reach: Ariat EU B.V. | Baxter Building B.V. Muiderstraat 1, 1011 PZ, Amsterdam, Netherlands | +441367 242818 As a reference, my order numbers: 10409277 & 10410673. I recommend this company as my shopping experience was one of the best so far.

I don’t even want to give them one star. The boots I received were beautiful but unfortunately too big so I returned that pair and got a smaller size. I returned the bigger size 2 months ago!! And I haven’t heard anything from them. I can even see that the boots were received January 2nd but not a word from Ariat. Luckily I never used the other pair yet since I wanted to wait till I got my money back for the first pay. I honestly doesn’t even want to keep this pair since I feel like I’ve been cheated but I’m also afraid to return them and never receive any refunds.

Totally useless please don't waste your time or money I ordered boots nov 24 now almost March 25 and the order has expired come on sort your shit I wish I had never bothered

Hello - I have yet to hear confirmation that I am being refunded the $173.97 CAN for the boots + slippers charged to my Mastercard on 12/17/24. I contacted the shipper: on 1/13/25 after package got delayed-then-lost in customs and my very anxious 10 year old boy devastated because the boots that he's been waiting and wanting never showed. I was told: "Dear customers, It is waiting for the customs to inspect it, it usually takes about 3-7 days It depends on the local customs policy Please don't worry, I will also check with logistics please be patient" Then finally on 1/21 I was notified that they can't find it.. Unfortunately, since the time of ordering and the refund delay in processing, my Mastercard #3958 has had fraudulent charges and I had to cancel it. Please advise how to proceed with my refund ASAP! I'm a single mom and it's been almost 2 months with this charge on my credit card, and no purchases in hand. Also, I guess I will also have to also claim these charges as fraudulent as I have not received anything, and until the refund is processed, you've basically stolen my money from me. No communication since asking for my refund is not good customer service and is very upsetting as a customer who has almost $200 tied up in refunds-yet-to-be-processed!! Please advise ASAP!!! What a nightmare this experience has been dealing with Jonas Curme at inpromail (shipping company) who is now no longer responding to my emails. Horrible customer service! I'm now posting here to try and get some sort of resolution AND MY MONEY BACK!

Helaas is het minste wat je kunt geven 1 ster, want zelfs die verdienen niet eens. In september laarzen besteld en nooit ontvangen. Zeker 20x gemaild, weinig tot geen reactie of suffe antwoorden. De originele Ariat zit in Engeland, daar heb ik mee gebeld en erkende Ariat--Nederland niet. Daarom....u bent gewaarschuwd!!
