****BUYER BEWARE**** First time using Ariat.com, will NEVER order online from them again because… I placed an online order April 8, received the jeans (FR women’s jeans) quickly, but they were too small. Got a return label a week later; then mailed back, that went very smoothly, also received an email stating that they had received the item. The problem came with refunding my money back ($111.38). Ariat says, they will refund in approximately 14 days! -which is excessive considering the order was paid with Apple Pay; therefore, they got their payment immediately! Going past 2 weeks for my refund.. getting the ‘run around’ from their customer service employees, who said, they would place me on a ‘refund’ list (whatever that is?) and that Ariat has a new computer system implemented and that is the hold up for refunds! I got my bank involved and finally (today) got refunded Smells like bankruptcy-no money to refund! DON’T BUY ONLINE FROM THEM Very sketchy!

Very excitedly ordered my boots, they arrived but were wayyyyy too small I couldn’t fit my foot in at all not even half way so returned immediately. Well over a week after my return was confirmed to have arrived at Ariat there was still no email acknowledgment of my return being received and refund being processed. I emailed to chase for a response and nothing…. Wow. Never ordering from these guys again.

They don't stand behind their product. They sell low quality products at a high quality price. I bought their jeans, shirts and work clothes for several years, they split, broke, and failed. When I contacted their customer service, the response was dismal. They spin you around and lie about their quality. I just wanted a solid pair of jeans, I got weak ass China quality.

Returned several items, value over £300, on 04/04/2025. Received an email on 04/04/25 that they received my returns and my refund is on its' way. It's now 30/04/25 and I have no refund. I've called them 2 times already and each time they say my refund is on it's way. This is terrible business, which appears to be echoed by other customers.

Purchased a pair of boots in March and then didn't fit so I wanted an exchange. Received an email on 04/04/25 that they received my boots and my refund is on its' way. It's now 04/28/25 and I have no refund or exchanged boots. I've called them 3 times already and each time they say my refund is on it's way. This is terrible business. I will be disputing this with my CC company.

We've had a rather disappointing experience with Ariat. We ordered two pairs of women's western boots in the same size, but one pair didn't fit, so we initiated a return. The initial return request process was straightforward — but that's where the simplicity ended. The return authorization email clearly stated that the refund will be processed within 7 business days after the return was accepted by the courier. However, it's now been over 7 weeks — 23 business days — and still no refund. I’ve contacted Ariat Customer Service three times. Each time, I was given a different excuse or explanation for the delay. One representative even abruptly ended the call without properly closing the conversation. To sum it up: the boots are great, but the refund process and customer service have been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
