Ariat InternationalReviews of ariat.com

Spent around £1000.00 on 3 pairs of boots. My full zip leather boot split and leak,my walking boots,3 m thinsulate leak,my wife's walking boots gortex split and leak. Cared for with ariat products. Bad experience. Bad value for money. Don't waste your time and money.

Quality does not match the price tag. I've purchased several pairs of the waterproof terrain boots and every pair has split within a year. I love the footbed and as someone who was walking a lot and also dealing with horses, I'd put it down to wear and tear. However I purchased another pair last year, wasn't doing anywhere near as much walking and no going in stables this time and within a few months the sole started coming away on one boot. I carried on wearing them as I couldn't be bothered to go through a complaints hassle and the sole has now come right off That's less than a year I bought a pair of Shires boots in a similar style for half the price and they were much better quality No more Ariat boots for me sadly

I ordered boots using the Fastest Delivery option for $25. They were suppose to arrive 7 days later via UPS. After 8 days I called to see why I had not received the boots. Turns out they had not even shipped. I asked if they slipped through the cracks. The rep said no, they are just behind. Meaning it wasn’t a one-off situation— they are knowingly not processing orders on time. Also the rep seemed tired and worn out. It seems that Ariat is understaffed and is not dealing with that operationally. Thumbs down for management.

UK Customer. I have found sizes fit as expected for clothes. Boots I needed to get correct fit but returns were delt with without issue. Clothes not cheap but they are quality and well made.
