We sat in line for 10 minutes got up to order and they cut lights off on us . Then no one answered us . So we kept saying hello. They said we're closed we told them we been setting in line for a while. He ok I'll take your order what do you want. Well we don't know you cut the menu board off on us. He said yes cause we are closed. That was so rude!!!! They could have at least waited till there drive through was empty..

Stopped in for a quick lunch and I noticed a very elderly visually impaired gentleman trying to order some fries. The employee named Brandi was very patient and helpful. The customer dropped a $20 bill and couldn’t see it but I watched Brandi pick it up and return it to the gentleman. It was a small gesture but a correct one for a civilized society.

No line in drive thru, Sunday December 26 for dinner around 6pm. Food was usual good, but pricing and portions were disappointing. Female working drive thru was super nice. She did a great job.

Terrible meal last night! Out of corned beef…my favorite Arby’s sandwich. Got a roast beef wrap instead. The pita…I suspect…wasn’t fresh! It wasn’t grilled or toasted . Beef was sparse. One slice of tomato size of a nickel ! So bad I may not return for anything!

Arbys on sr 200 ocala fl. Went thru drive thru . My husband started to order , the employee who claimed to be the Manager . Ask if he had a coupon ! He said yes . She said sarcastically (well thanks for telling me). We had a second coupon but she was talking over us and didn’t hear me say i had it . When we got to window . She said you didnt tell me you had a second one. I told her she was talking over me . And didn’t hear me . She said your not talking to me like that . So i called my husband by name Marc. And said lets go . She said and i am quoting her(yell Marc get out of here go Marc ). I ask if the manager was there, she clicked her fake nails on name tag. And said i am the manager. So we left and will not be going back again .

I will never eat at Arby’s ever again in my lifetime this is due to the fact that they removed the potato cakes from the menu. This is obvious lack of due diligence from a market standpoint

Tried the new boneless chicken wings. They are alot smaller than advertised, and they are dry other than the sauce. Arbys needs to stick with their roast beef!

Their chicken is more breading than chicken on the Chicken Bacon Swiss. The tomato on the sandwich was seriously thicker than the chicken. I thought it was just that type of sandwich but I figure it must be all of them because the Chicken Cheddar was made of 2 small chicken strips that hardly had any chicken.
