Arbys should leave the Diablo challenge on the menu permanently. I have had 5 now, 4 in the past 5 days and I love the brisket. Please make it permanent.

I ate Arby's yesterday on Atlanta highway and I believe the address is 5751 Atlanta highway or close to that address in Montgomery Alabama. The customers were laughing and the employees extremely friendly bring the smiles from the customers. The employees are way over and above average and happy. The manager was helping in the back and super fast doing way over what I expected. She even went as for as saying good evening to me while bending down and looking under the computer screen. I find myself driving out of the way to go to that one particular Arby's in Montgomery alabama. Listening to the employees call each other by first name is extremely good. I was given an honorary doctor's degree in business because of my tactics with handling people. And these employees are extraordinary and I have been to many Arby's between Georgia Alabama. The manager is on the move so much that I couldn't focus on her name but I could tell she's the manager because of the way she acts and always super fast helping her emoloyees. I remember two names Jason and Kyle being called out concerning fries being ready I love to here names used in service. I kept my stores in the top two in sells for 14 years until I sold out and retired. Keep up the exceptional work Arby's. You have a lifetime customer.

New chicken Diablo real good but the chicken no spice all in the bread ate 2 not bad good flavor I threw the shake away didn't need it

Arby's got our order wrong, forgot to give us straws and me and my boyfriend are both on toilet not very happy.

I tried the new Diablo Dare and it was anything but hot. I don't know why they gave me a shake it was pointless. I enjoy really extremely hot food but the sandwich had extra sauce and still no heat. It was a 2 out of 10 for heat. The Louisiana hot sauce is hotter than the sandwich I ate. In terms of taste I think it's a 7 out 10 for me.

Never saw employees like these. They are so impolite. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Plainfield IL Arby's tre 59 and vemmer dr. Tuesday jan 4t 2022 Milkshake machine broken they said for 3 months now. Coke dispenser not working right ,they just don't care. I did order a Swiss chicken sandwich, I couldn't find the cheese, they said it is already melted ( Swiss cheese dosen't melt like butter) all 3 attendants where so careless and rude , they where leafing on the back of the store after I complained, Have pictures of the sandwich if needed , also chicken very dark outside but undercooked inside ( signs of old overheated oil) I ordered dine in they have no napkings on the counter but they don't give you in the bag also.

Always get greasy fries, have to repeatedly make sure the order is done correctly, especially in the drive through. I can't understand why Sylacauga, Al. Arby's can not get things right or at least try to improve.
