Well here I am again after another visit to Arby's to replace an order that was messed up from the other day and what I got today was the so-called manager could not seem to get my order straight and kept repeating back the wrong order and then when I try to correct him for the 4th time he decided that he wasn't going to deal with it no more I went running off so then I had to deal with another lady and then she couldn't understand how the whole thing went so then she put another girl on and it finally got everything straight the right way but then I get here to the house and I pull out the order out of the bag and I get this gigantic bag full of Horsey Sauce mayonnaise barbecue sauce salt and pepper enough for probably 15 sandwiches for two sandwiches is all we need a barbecue sauce for and that's all I requested it so I would say that is very sarcastic Behavior so I go back up to the Arby's which is now closed at 4 in the afternoon and the lady I talked to in the first place to Whitehaven to hear Lady they said she had done went home so I talked to the same girl that got to order straight and to explain to her about this whole bag of sauces that was in way too much and then she started being active in a sarcastic manner about what I was asking or speaking to her about so her name was Sherry I didn't get none of the other name but I'm sure Becky the manager that said to replace my order we'll have a good idea who it is when I talk to her tomorrow since she is the one who makes out the schedule so just be warned we got a bunch of children working in Arby's up there in Shepherdsville you heard it from me first

I love the roasted chicken salad. The most delightful thing about driving thru Arby’s at Storm Lake, Iowa, is the staff. They are very pleasant and serve with a smile!!! My server today was LZ!!! She is beautiful and a joy to see at the window. Arby’s in Storm Lake has an A+ staff. ❤️❤️

The Tipp City, Ohio location has delightful cashiers but the food here has been on a constant decline. Today I got a few sandwiches and some cheese sticks. The cheeses sticks were soggy and tasted like they had been dipped in grease and the sandwiches had clearly been sitting out for a while. The bread was old and the roast beef was dry. This is worse at night then it is during the day too!

I went to Arby's and left them without buying anything. I understand that the Covid 19 fear is everywhere but open lobbies where people can relax and eat should not be part of your past Arby's on 9222 Potranco. You lost my business because you decided to only offer drive-through service. Why because your people don't want to maimtain a sit down client? You lost this one my money and appetite will buy elsewhere!!
