Disgrace of a business, no ability to check their own management. Toxic atmosphere which leaks from the kitchen to the restaurant. (Which branch, all of them so far) Solution: Create a mystery worker scheme, hire loads of new "workers" see how they're treated. Then remove the offending parties/management for people that actually care about people.

Allentown, Pa store 1093 Staff was great but the 9 serving chicken nuggets were horrible tasting and smelled horrible as well check out picture. It seems they were taken out of the freezer plopped into oil and cooked before they thawed from being frozen or they were outdated. Yuk yuk horrible even received a second serving was just as horrible as the first. Second complaint was the receipt for my purchase. Can’t be read. Ink was depleted or dried out. Mentioned this to the hostess about having the ink changed she shrugged her shoulders. I paid cash for this entire meal including the deluxe roast beef with American Cheese and Kringle fries.$25.60

My boyfriend an I went to Arbys in Toccoa Georgia and are dining in order was the worst food I have ever been served there. My sandwich was cold. My meat looked very dry are fries where not done. When your meal comes with a drink that you can't drink with a straw because yall have no straws SMH. The staff really needs to get it together and initiate their jobs and put more effort into there cooking skills. Will not be eating there again no time soon

Went to arby's today store number 01388 in Tucson Arizona my ticket number is D T3 65 the food was awful I'm sorry the roast beef bacon and cheddar was cold had no flavor I asked them for a turkey sandwich I asked them if anything was hot (spicy) on it because I can't eat spice had horse radish or whatever but it has made me sick I couldn't eat it The only thing that was good was the mozzarella sticks the French fries were cold awful Paid $30 for this awful lunch and had to be thrown out I threw up

Arby's is showing their fish sandwiches 2 words DONT BOTHER it's absolutely tasteless, has no fish taste at all save your money.
