Reliable taste, reasonable portions for the price, love the horsey sauce. The restaurant in Niagara Falls, New York is especially good. Lines are not long, service is excellent, like the expanded menu with some new, delicious offerings. Close to major grocery store, an excellent donut shop, and other shopping. Recommend this restaurant over others in the area.

I enjoy there food and have been a regular customer for years but I do have to say that customer service seems to be non-existent anymore. What happened to the customer is always right. Not here on Denver everyone is sooooo ride.hrw

Received my orders in good time! Had the Bacon Brown Sugar BLT for the first time! This was the first time I had a huge disappointment with Arby's food. Couldn't even taste the Bacon...way too much sugar! Will not purchase this sandwich again!

Food is generally pretty good and our orders via the drive-thru are usually correct. I will give them a 5 star rating the day that my sandwich is 6 inches high as advertised on TV.

I am writing to give you general feedback for your Prime cheese steak. The bread takes over everything in the taste, it's extremely chewy, so it distorts the taste of the sandwich. I can't taste the meat at all, the meat seems to disappear in consumption. This is not a good sandwich. Cheese steak sandwiches is one of my favorite sandwiches and this is one of the worst sandwiches of any kind I have ever tasted. I am expressing this to you so that it may help you in the future, please get rid of the BREAD.

Arby’s did make a mistake and forgot our jalapeño poppers and the meat on my sandwich. But they went out of their way to drive over and give us the poppers and a new sandwich. I really appreciate that they went that extra step to make up for it.

New chicken Diablo real good but the chicken no spice all in the bread ate 2 not bad good flavor I threw the shake away didn't need it
