Taking delivery from Calcutta, OH, and ordered for two people. The drinks we'd ordered had tape over the seal that would not be removed cleanly, making the straw useless, and delivery made drink types extremely limited on top of that. Both our sandwiches were extremely loose and over-sauced, making the meat mushy and causing the buns to outright tear and spill out - a good half of mine would have hit the floor if not for its cardboard packaging. The fries were all soggy and poorly packed, with several of the wrong fry type mixed into our packs, and the smaller order of fries were only half-filled. For a fast food meal that costs as much as this place tends to charge, the food's quality is overall just very poor. I wouldn't dare recommend this to another person.

Mansfield Pa drive through. Straws are paper and it ripped the skin off my lip! Can't drink the milkshake through them, they just do not work. I ordered a chicken bacon swiss meal and they gave me a fatty brisket with breaded onions rings on it. Yuk. The fries were mushy. I do not think we will visit this Arby's again. Needless to say, as busy as it was and the long line left me without an option to go back and complain. I had to go without lunch.

I don't know how the person doing the drive-thru window can be so busy and so cheerful. The food is good and the surface is a pleasure (601 alta Mere Dr. Fort Worth, TX)

We went through the drive-through this evening we drove all the way to Fruita and I missing half of our order I called the manager whose name is Michael and asked to replace the whole order since we had to drive all the way back to Grand Junction from Fruita he told me no he would only replace the tenders horrible customer service will never order from them again

Long wait to order ( and I was the only one in the facility waiting). Long wait for 2 sandwiches. Clerk who is supposed to be making sandwiches with standing around talking to one of the other employees complaining about another employee.

I ordered a wrap and got a sandwich instead, which I did not want. They should have at least asked if I was ok with the substitute. I won't go back to Arby's.

Received a email to try out their new boneless chicken wings and spent the extra one dollar to get a nine piece versus a five, good thing I did out of the 9 chicken wings I received only 3 actual had chicken in them and I’m not joking all breading, a couple Pieces were about the size of a quarter and I’m not joking… East beltline & 44th st In Grand Rapids Michigan

I tried the new chicken sandwich which turned out to be two chicken nuggets side by side .. What a joke.. Maybe it's just the restaurant I visited here in Florida? If this is more widespread a class action lawsuit should begin immediately...
