I bought a wig that was damaged and Too big for my head. So as my right and As the law says I ask To return the wig. They wrote me of a lot of mails telling me that they'd To Pay a lot of taxes and offered me a Ridicolous Refund like 20/30 dollars. I had To claim with PayPal. My first time purchasing from Arabella hair was amazing. I order two short hair wigs & the hairline and scarp was on point! The hair texture was very soft & it came with an pretty bag to put ur wig in & a gift bag that came with an edge control brush a scarf/hand and wrap , a pretty hair pin , lashes and a cap for your wigs. I would definitely order here again because I love they company & heard nothing but good things about them.
