This wig is super soft. It doesn't have that "chemical " smell that most have. I will definitely order again.

I ordered a 10 inches bob wig and instead received 12 inches and very poor quality with a pagent smell. I requested to return and get my refund. I sent an email and all I got were these responses "sorry to make you not satisfied this time we really hope you could keep the hair if you could accept, we will refund you $10 within 24 hours thanks for understanding need your reply" I explained that I just wanted my money back but only for them to even stop responding. Very disappointed and NEVER order from them. Left a review on the site and I don't see it now. I have changed it to 2 stars- since they agreed to let me return the wig for a full refund- thankyou

I love the quality of the hair and the little gift package it came with! There’s minimal shedding and it’s was very easy to install! I definitely will be ordering again!

Arabella is a legit website… When they told me my order would arrive it arrived on time. They hair was packaged nice they added alot of other items inside the bag. I would recommend you to use this company… Then they even texted to make sure I received the product.. I give them 5 stars

I do not recommend Arabella hair. The hair is usually good for a week or two, then it begins to dry out really bad and tangle. The length of their hair is shorter than normal probably because they use really short length for the back of the hair when making it. The worst part of their service is that THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! They would frustrate you into keeping a wig you do not like just because they do not want to take the hair back and refund your money to you.
