Cleaner water
Have been using AquaTru carafe system since Oct 2025. Appreciate having cleaner water for drinking & cooking. Tastes better!

The products are wonderful
The products are wonderful. We're very happy with the quality of the machine that we bought as well as the filters. The filtration system has made it so that our water is so pure. I seldom have to clean my coffee pot. They used to have to clean my coffee maker at least six times a year. Now it seems like it never requires it. That just tells you how much it's taking out of the water

Good
Good: The order was easy to do on the web site and the products was delivered quickly and without damage in transit. Bad: the only way to order blue filter is with one year or two year pack, not say one filter of each kind. VERy Very annoying

Hello Richard, thank you for sharing your experience with us! We’re glad you had a great interaction ordering your unit. Regarding the Reverse Osmosis filter, you can purchase it individually under replacement filters on our website, and it's only included on the two‑year combo since it lasts two years. We truly appreciate your feedback and your choice to work with us. If you ever need anything, we’re here to help. Team AquaTru / Ramon

Everyone I speak with is always very pleasant and very helpful. I am always told about any specials or discounts. As well, this is the only water filter I have found that truly cleans the water properly. Also, this is the only water purifier I am able to drink without feeling sick
