I really love this company. Its a great product, clean water, responsive cutomer service. The replacement cartridges last a very long time, so you can order a year or two and forget it. Which I need!

I have used AquaTru for a month now. After watching many reviews I decided to try AquaTru. Water quality is better than the purified water I have been buying every week. It fits well in my apartment. Glad I made this investment.

I’ve had this a couple weeks and kept wondering why the back doesn’t close all the way. Thought maybe it was the design. I finally had some time to look it up and it’s not supposed to be like that. I paid ALOT of money for this. I feel like the needs to be better! Also, why doesn’t it use all the water in the tank? I dislike that water just sits there and I have to dump it!

The water tastes excellent. However, the waste water tank is very fussy and doesn’t fit flush with the unit.

I have gotten an Aquatru classic and two carafes and now a shower head. I have been extremely pleased with the quality and the safety of the water I drink and the water in my shower. This company has true integrity and when I had an issue, they consistently stayed in touch with me and made things right..
