Received in good shape. Hope it will survive.

I was very disappointed in these plants. When they arrived, they looked pretty good but they started melting when I put them in my aquarium. I sent the company a message and they never bothered to email me back. One or two of the plants may survive but most are a lost cause. ***Update*** Seller says I do not have correct setup. All of my aquariums are heavily planted with aquasoil and equipped with grow lights. These ARE GROWN EMERSED! Owner called me up yelling. Very bad cust svcs. Stem plants like rotala did not survive.

Exactly what I ordered, alive and healthy

I've used Aquarium Plants several times now and I'm happy to say that all of the plants arrive in great condition and are doing awesome in my tank. I'm never disappointed.

A few fish friends recommended aquarium plants so I figured I'd give it a go. Customer service leaves much to be desired. Because the shipping was so slow I tried to cancel my order multiple times. No response. I'll be curious to see how the plant quality is when they arrive, because lets face it, the return shipping and hassle wont be worth it at this point. Not to mention, I'd actually have be be able to get a hold of customer service to send anything back. Next time I'll order from Aquarium Co-Op or Buce Plants. More expensive, but better overall service. Also paid for quick shipping, they didn't process my order for 5 days, 8 days before I got a confirmation email that they were at the fedex facility. Lets see if they come quickly.

Placed an order, requested at the very least confirmation twice, no response. I can only believe that this is a scam site. I will contact the credit card issuer to decline payment when these dirt bags try to get paid. This was in no way a misleading review, it wasn't until posted that I finally received any response cancelling the order. Bad and dissatisfying experience, will monitor my statement to insure these lying dirt bags do not get away with being paid to upset me. Now being harassed by phone, truly these people are dirt bags. They are now bordering on committing crime which will eventually result in at least a hefty fine. Control your emotions and try to learn to service your customers and you will eventually succeed.
