I recently had a problem with a item that was close to the end of warranty. After spending a lot of time on the phone troubleshooting it, they sent out replacement parts the next day. The replacement parts didn't end up fixing it, so they sent me a brand new unit. Amazing customer service, will definitely be recommending them again. The carbon doser is the best regulator you can get, with the best support you can get also. Thanks again!

Plants were packaged very well and all were in amazing condition. They were much bigger than I expected as I have ordered from other online locations and the plants were all much smaller than what I received from aquarium plants. I will definitely be ordering again from them.

very fast shipping. Excellent Customer Service. I had added some more rock onto my order. Received a phone call letting me know that the shipping will be a bit more and that my plants and rocks will not be shipped together meaning I will get my plants first then my rock will come a couple days later due to the shipping. I really got my rock and plants the same day. I was pleased that they took the time to call me and let me know about the new shipping amount so I can make that choice and they just did not charge my card without letting me know about the shipping coast.

Plants where in good condition when I received them. Over the years AquariumPlants has always been reliable!

I have ordered from this site extensively. The plants arrive as expected and I have been very pleased. My only negative comment refers to the number of snails that arrive with the plants.
