So FedEx delayed my order a week but the entire package was still in great conditions and nothing has died, very green as well

Shipping info and tracking are very misleading and I think a lot of problems could be avoided if they explained the shipping and order info better. The way the orders are placed, filled and shipped seems like a horrible lazy process that could be changed slightly or even just reworded to make things easier for the customer as well as the business and easier to understand. Also most of the plants I received were not nearly as quality as I thought they should be. I’ve received much higher quality plants from other places. One thing I did like about my experience was the pricing and selection of plants. I think with just a few minor changes this company could do great things. It’s a real shame that things can’t handled smoother. But If your looking for potted plants or more common plants the quality is pretty good and with the prices and quantity received it is well worth it. But some plants like I said were in poor condition. My overall experience was okay I only recommend this company for more common plants especially if you need a large quantity as the size of the plants was great for the common ones. so if that’s what your looking for this may be a good option. Just try not to stress over the shipping as it seems a little complicated and confusing.

4 days after purchase the owner called me to inform that he was not shipping out my item. Unless I was willing to pay $60 more due to an increase in his cost. Some business owner he is. Must bot be too informed on the consumer act. You must sell and honor all transactions per the item description and original invoice. Never in a million years would I ever later call a client and say hey you owe me more than we agreed to. Bad business. I'm sure the product is great, but that's not the problem here

Nice plants. Fast shipping unfortunately I can speak for the longevity of the plans because my fish and turtle ate them within the first week of purchase.

Arrived parasite free and great shape even with the 8 day shipping SNAFU abundant and healthy roots. I’ve been using these guys for over 10 years.

Horrible service, nothing was shipped. Would not answer emails or phone calls. Stay away!!!!
