I live in Anchorage, Alaska and my order of Fiddler Crabs arrived just now. The Tracking let me know it had arrived in Anchorage and was in transport and would arrive before 8pm. I was home all day and waiting on it. The Only complaint I have is that even tho the box is marked perishable, DO NOT FREEZE, Fed Ex left it on my doorstep without alerting me. Around 3pm I was about to jump in the shower and thought, I better look... Box in the cold on my doorstep...I feared the worst not knowing how long it had been sitting in the cold! I immediately opened it and it was packed well. I added some of my tank water after a minute or two and they all came to life. After a few minutes I added them to my tank and they immediately went to exploring and eating. I was worried about such a long travel distance. If they arrive here ok, nobody else should have any issues because all the little critters survived and are ok!

So skeptical. My plants were sent 2nd Day Air but it took 6 days. I have to say the plants were still in great shape. Packaging was great. If I could give 10 stars I would. New to live plants in an aquarium. Ordered a few from another site and they were very small and only the start of roots. These were huge and actually had to trim. :) My fish are very happy!

Website was very easy to navigate, and had helpful descriptions. I ordered live plants, with express 2 day shipping and it took 5 days to arrive. The shipping is the fault of FedEx, but when I contacted support they responded at first, but then ghosted me with no further response, and an unsolved problem.
