Everything was in good condition, packaging was ok. All the plants seem to be acclimating fine. Also a good number of plants which I really like.

Plants were in poor condition

My plants looked great. Arrived quickly. They were in a Styrofoam cooler with an ice pack. The plants were bigger than I expected with a large root ball. Very nice. Thank you.

AquariumPlants.com gets five stars for their service. FedEx gets 1 star for their delivery. The plants should have arrived on Thursday. The shipment was delayed in Charlotte and did not arrive until Saturday.

I did end up getting my plants but it took nearly 2 weeks to get them, this was based off of aquarium plants not the shipping company, also one of the plants the the red fosters half of the leaves were black and I don’t know if the plant will be usable, in an isolation tank currently

All the plants I ordered came looking just like the pictures. They were all healthy and I would definitely buy from AquariumPlants again, however it did take about a week for my package to be shipped from the store. Other than that, I was very happy with my order.

It's been over a week (10 days I think) and I still haven't received my plants. FedEx can't locate them either. I've called and emailed Aquariumplants.com multiple times and no one's responded.

Arrived on time. Plants were very vibrant and full. Very pleased. Will buy again.
