Shipping left AquariumPlants promptly although the delivery partners were delayed and my 2 day shipping turned into 4 days. I ordered an icepack to go with live plants but it was only marginally colder than skin temperature when the package arrived and the plants were in the verge of drying out. I suggest ordering AT LEAST two ice packs for your orders until it's cold outside again to keep the package cold in case you have the same experience.

2nd time I've ordered. Best an cheapest plants for the amount they sell. Will order more at a later date. Plants came in great shape an well packaged for shipment.

I did receive two plants just not the two plants I ordered. I called and Mark answered and I explained my situation to him, he told me to send an email explaining my situation and I did. Mark called me back within 15 minutes of me sending the email. Mark gave me the option of a refund for the wrong plant received or I could submit a new order and they would refund my second purchase and get me the correct plant, at the time I thought only one of the two plants in my order was incorrect, so I went with option two and would need to wait another week. After looking at the plants I ordered and comparing to my friend’s plant I realized the second plant I ordered was wrong as well so I emailed Mark later that night and said I would like to just get a full refund now and I never heard anything back from Mark or anyone else. I ordered red root floaters and dwarf sag and received some sort of crypt and full size sag, both decent plants but not made for a 5 gallon tank and not what I ordered…taking my business elsewhere.
