Billy is helpful with customer service. Even though I was not able to make a Maytag purchase using his company, he referred me to somewhere I could get the product sooner. He also helped me further with a warranty for my new purchase.

I was a little leery about ordering appliances online but my concerns were quickly dispelled. Appliances of America was able to beat prices I could find anywhere else. In addition, I was able to get additional warranty options at extremely reasonable rates for that extra piece of mind. To top of the entire experience was the follow up and professionalism of my sales representative, Billy. I plan on making my future appliance purchases from Appliances of America.

DON'T TRUST THEM!! I ordered a Samsung Refrigerator & Dishwasher from AofA in December and was told the order had been placed and it would take 4 weeks to receive it because they were coming from California. After the order was placed they contacted me and asked me if I would write a good review for them and if I did they would throw in white glove delivery that costs $150. I figured "why not?!" My credit card was charged $3088 as BRANSCONE. It has been over 8 weeks and haven't received the items or any notifications from App. Of America. I tried to contact them about this and haven't been able to reach anyone. I searched the address that they give for the company location on Google maps and it comes up as a Burger King. As a result of this I have contacted my credit card company to dispute this charge and they are currently investigating this. I believe Appliances of America is a fraudulent company and they are running some type of scam. You will also see my 5 star review on this list of reviews and I am trying to find out if it can be removed!

I was thrilled to find this washer at Appliances of America. I was tempted to buy from the big box until I saw their sale price. It was $300 more and with the free shipping and no sales tax, I saved another $100 easy. They were very helpful and prompt and courteous when I call to double check on the order. I would definitely order from them, again.

Do not order from this company! I ordered a refrigerator on September 9th and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to receive it. I thought that was a bit long, but I went along with it anyway. Once 8 weeks passed, I realized the refrigerator never shipped! I started research on this company and realized they were not a place I should have done business with. After multiple calls, I finally connected with a customer service person who said it wouldn't ship for another 4 weeks. I said I would like a refund. After advocating to open a case with my credit card company, which I declined since I felt it was their responsibility to refund the money, he agreed. The order was canceled and I was told I would receive a refund in 15 days. As expected, I never received the refund and opened a fraud case with my credit company. I am now awaiting resolution of the case. Avoid them at all costs unless you want the headache of chasing down your payment. I would give a zero rating, if that were an option.

Price was good but no appliances ever showed up! Never got a update stating appliances were being shipped or anything as promised. Still waiting on a refund. Have disputed charge on my credit card. Also seller disputed my review on here claiming he had no record of me as a customer. I had to send a copy of my invoice to trust pilot to prove I was a customer.Once he billed my credit card. He was done with my order. He asked me to review him right after I placed my order, How can I review with out even receiving the product? BBB has an alert on Appliances of America as well and rates this company a F.

Today I called the 1800 number for appliances of america and what a pleasant surprise I got to talk to a very different kind of customer representative . Some one that actually took the time to answer my concerns with sincere honesty. It was a 180 degree difference from the treatment I had gotten from other stores .I can tell that is the kind of person that gives !00% all the time at what he does.He certainly will be going far at this company. Keep up the good work .And may God bless . And then the prices at this site are better than the sales on the mortar and brick stores I was used too buying from . I recommend it 100% . for price and customer service
