I was shopping for a washer and dryer and Appliances of America had the exact units available for delivery in time for the Christmas holidays and in the color I wanted which had been difficult to find. I am very happy with their customer service and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I I'll definitely shop here again.

I had the most pleasant conversation with a salesmannamed. Billy Jackson, when I called up to inquire about a product. It was like he was reading my mind as he knew what I needed even before I did! He was so pleasant and helpful, like I was the only one in the world. It was like talking to a really close relative, he was so warm, friendly and caring.. I will definitely call back to see him again for all of my business. He is a topnotch salesman. He deserves a big fat raise. Thank for making my day so much better Billy. I have not yet received my appliances but my customer service experience was wonderful. All my questions were fully answered and I was encouraged to call back if anything else comes up. Their prices are absolutely unbeatable. I went to numerous stores before buying my appliances online and no other store was able to beat or even meet this price.

After extensive research on which front load washing machine I wanted to buy, I found an AMAZING price, hundreds less than the next best price!! I had the pleasure of contacting their FANTASTIC customer service department. It would be an underestimation to say that it was the best experience that I've ever had in my 48 years. If you like to save a ton of money, and want your purchase back by the best in the business, then look no farther than Appliances of America!!!

I have been searching for a new double oven range for a long time now. Appliances of America by far had the best prices! I can't believe what a great deal I got. I placed my order online. Jackson called to discuss my order and was very helpful with how the whole delivery process worked. I can't wait to get my new oven and start baking!

I placed a $1694 order on 12-7-15 based on the great reviews I read on a few review sites. Communication was almost non-existent, and despite numerous attempts to phone the company, I was unable to contact them about the status of my order. I finally heard from a representative, on 12-17-15 who stated my order was going to be shipping soon from the West Coast, to them, and then back to me....on the West Coast. I asked for them to cancel my order because of different reviews I read, and a timeline they were not going to meet. They agreed to cancel and refund the whole payment. The rep stated it would take up to 15 days to refund my payment back to my credit card. I wasn't happy, but agreed to that timeframe. Well, I received an email on day 11 that stated they needed an additional 8 days (past the 15) to process my refund. No....it doesn't take that long to process, and now my fears of being another "never refunded customer like others I read about" was becoming more real. Communication from this company is almost impossible and good luck getting them to answer the phone. I just want to finish my kitchen and get back MY money that they agreed (in writing) to refund. Delays, excuses, and promises seem to be the norm for Appliances of America based on my interaction. If something is too good to be true....be scared. I know this review may be questioned and denied, and I will be happy to provide any supporting information required. Update: Never heard back from this company like they stated they would. So, filed a dispute with my credit card company on 1-4-16.

Appliance of America has the best prices and is a pleasure to deal with. They have great communication and contacted me the whole step of the way. Truly fantastic and will definitely due business with them again! Billy was a great help with my order!

I was very concerned because i did not hear back about my order i made online. But when i finally got a call back i was given all the information i needed. Now i feel better knowing that my order will be coming soon.
