Ordered a Hisense water tank on 6/20/ 2025. The date today is 9/12/25. When I initially ordered this part, the website stated it was available. When I called to cancel my order today, Kevin the customer service rep stated that this part is no longer available. What? They have been telling me for months that the part would be there any day now. Ok, let me understand this. If that is the case and I didn't call today, Appliance Parts Group was going to just keep my money? Do not do business with this company. They will take your money! Take your business elsewhere!

Ordered part and after more than a week it wasn't shipped. Called and they said out of stock. Cancelled order and waited a week with no credit. Called second time and they said had shipped. I had already ordered and received a replacement from another supplier. They sent me RMA but still had to eat the first shipping charge even though it was their fault. They don't keep notes on calls received. Won't do business with again.

They listed a part on their website as available. I ordered the part. When I hadn’t heard from them in any way I contacted them. They initially said it may have sold out between your order and now. Wait and see if we gar another shipment in. No anticipated date. I had previously submitted two on line inquiries which had gone unanswered. I then received an email saying the item was no longer available, and they would refund my money. I did check my credit card and they did do that. However this no longer available item is still listed for sale so others could be in the same situation now.
