Mixed experience but not malicious
When reading these reviews it sounded very similar to my experience but I have a different take. Yes, the part I ordered appeared online as if they had it. Yes, I didn't receive a note about the fact that it wasn't in stock. I did have to call, but they were very friendly and upfront that I could cancel the order or inquire about the potential window for the part to be backordered. They estimated a couple of weeks and it arrived about over a week later. In summary, they didn't appear fraudulent but badly organized. I suggest to call their service number first before ordering.
