sent the wrong parts. parts were too big for my oven and they did not come with the connectors pictured. total scam. and then when I asked for a refund, they made me pay the postage to return the parts. the only good part is that they gave me my money back (minus the shipping - for their mistake).

I ordered a part on May 20 that was suppose to be delivered by the 25th, Now I realize that was a holiday so I am giving some grace. However, it is now June 2nd and it was suppose to be delivered yesterday June 1st. Every time I try and call the number nobody ever answers. I send communications through the website - they are very slow to respond and it takes days. Now they say they shipped it on the 26th. I paid for 3-5 day shipping so what a joke. This entire company is a quack. Do not order.

On Appliance Parts Group website they…
On Appliance Parts Group website they claim to have a 30 day return policy but they do not honor it. I was shipped a part, I did not open the package, I requested a refund, twice, and they did not respond. That amounts to fraud. In my opinion, Appliance Parts Group are a company to avoid.

It seems my issues are the same as…
It seems my issues are the same as other 1 star reviews with this company. I got emails when I ordered the product, but nothing else. My order status remains in "Awaiting Shipment" 6 days later. I have called in 4 times and not been able to get an answer and I submitted a request through their on line web page to get status. I finally decided to dispute the payment with my credit card.

2 stars for timely delivery and ZERO for the defective part!
2 stars for getting me the part in a timely fashion.
0 stars for the OEM replacement product's quality!
We purchased a new, direct OEM replacement blower motor in March of 2026 for our 2022 stove's exhaust hood as the bearings were going bad. We didn't install it for a couple weeks. After we had time (2 weeks later) we got it installed and in less than TWO weeks this replacement motor's bearing are starting to go bad too!
Yes, everything is "in" straight, no, the fan is factory balanced - no access to it - This new home was occupied since 10/2022, so the first blower motor should not have gone bad anyway. To have to buy a new one and get two weeks out of it is more than disappointing!!
I use the fan religiously while at the stove. This crappy piece of junk says loads about the quality of their parts. Shame on them.

My fan switch turned out to be a bait and switch
I’ve been looking for a replacement fan switch for a discontinued range top. The switch is a little unusual in appearance and it’s hard to find. Appliance Parts Group had one on their site, and their photo matches the original switch. It was about $80, but a few other sellers were asking about $200 for the same part, so I went ahead and ordered it. They sent me a cheap switch that looked nothing like the photo on their site. What I received was a similar switch to what others were selling as a replacement part for my range, charging around $10-15. I immediately sent them an email telling them I wanted to return the part for a full refund. No response, so I opened a PayPal dispute. Then I received an email stating that they could send me a return authorization, and asking if I still wanted it. The email also stated that they might charge a restocking fee. I let them know that that was unacceptable, and reiterated that I wanted to return the item for a refund, which I had made very clear from the start.
At the same time that this was taking place, they responded to my PayPal dispute, claiming that they had not received the photos I submitted: a screen shot of their own website and a photo of the item they actually sent me. PayPal’s dispute system is glitchy so it’s entirely possible they never saw the photos, but why would they need to? It was their own website and their own product, which they then claimed to have sold hundreds of, with no complaints. I continued to respond to them both on PayPal and via email, and for around two weeks I heard nothing back. Then I got an email saying a refund would be issued. I responded stating that I still had not received a return shipping label. Again, no response, and I never did receive a return label.
And then they refunded my money on PayPal, and that’s great, I’m glad to have received the refund, after nearly three weeks of stalling and game-playing, but if they really think the switch they sent me is worth $80, why wouldn’t they want it returned? The only reason I can come up with is that the actual value of the part is lower than the cost to ship it — something they never explicitly denied.
It turned out what I ordered wasn’t a fan switch, it was a bait and switch. At least I got my money back, but they also wasted three weeks of my time.
Avoid this company.
