2 stars for getting me the part in a timely fashion. 0 stars for the OEM replacement product's quality! We purchased a new, direct OEM replacement blower motor in March of 2026 for our 2022 stove's exhaust hood as the bearings were going bad. We didn't install it for a couple weeks. After we had time (2 weeks later) we got it installed and in less than TWO weeks this replacement motor's bearing are starting to go bad too! Yes, everything is "in" straight, no, the fan is factory balanced - no access to it - This new home was occupied since 10/2022, so the first blower motor should not have gone bad anyway. To have to buy a new one and get two weeks out of it is more than disappointing!! I use the fan religiously while at the stove. This crappy piece of junk says loads about the quality of their parts. Shame on them.

They listed a part on their website as available. I ordered the part. When I hadn’t heard from them in any way I contacted them. They initially said it may have sold out between your order and now. Wait and see if we gar another shipment in. No anticipated date. I had previously submitted two on line inquiries which had gone unanswered. I then received an email saying the item was no longer available, and they would refund my money. I did check my credit card and they did do that. However this no longer available item is still listed for sale so others could be in the same situation now.
