I ordered a replacement igniter for my GE oven which failed after a week of use. I contacted Appliance Parts Group to attempt a warranty replacement and they have not responded after 10 days. However they responded within a day when I had inquiries about the correct part to order... I also reached out to GE directly and they said I have to go through the vendor where I purchased the parts for warranty claims.

Ordered replacement part last week. Still says awaiting shipment even though website states items are usually shipped the same day or the next day. Still waiting for response to email sent too.

This company is a total fraud. Before you order anything from them, see if you are able to talk to a human being. You will not be able to. If there is a problem with the part you receive, you will not be able to get credit. I have been working with the BBB for a month now trying to get a refund for a defective part received. As of this writing, I am out $135.00.

Stay away, its not the worth the few dollars you are going to save. I placed an order and it took them a week to reply to my email after 3 emails attempt, because they never shipped the part. I wanted refund and they keep telling me that the part is on its way, but never got a tracking number. there is no phone number to call and talk to anyone. its a nightmare to deal with them.

sent the wrong parts. parts were too big for my oven and they did not come with the connectors pictured. total scam. and then when I asked for a refund, they made me pay the postage to return the parts. the only good part is that they gave me my money back (minus the shipping - for their mistake).
