When I ordered a part that they said had one in stock. I paid but after 28 days I never received my part. Its been completely IMPOSSIBLE to get through to their never answered customer service line. I have made multiple hopeful call attempts. Ultimately, I disputed to charge through my credit union. They'll quickly reverse the charge. You can do that too.

I received the part that I ordered, however the part did not match the part in the photo. The photo matched what I need (a spring for my Fisher Paykel refrigerator door flapper. The spring is wound in the wrong direction and not long enough. At $5 it was not worth the headache of returning, the return form talks about appliance serial numbers and acts as if i bought an appliance, which was a red flag for further headache. However, I ordered a part for my oven in the past from this same company and all worked out very well, so my star count is an average of these two experiences.

I ordered a water pump May 10 -never received the item -never received tracking number -emailed three times ask for at least a tracking number so I knew something was shipped to me since my credit card was charged on May 11 -otherwise I would have to dispute the charge on my credit card -after 4 weeks -the surprisingly rude answer was he just emailed -your order has been canceled- I never canceled the order and still need the water pump Telling the truth would’ve been nice !! That you never really had the water pump to begin with- instead of making me wait a month for nothing!

The ice maker I ordered arrived within a normal time frame (within a week). The product was as advertised, and works great (thank you!). One suggestion: maybe put a reminder somewhere to wash the ice maker prior to use.
