I received the part. I need to return it because it is the wrong part. I made a mistake on the order.

The replacement dishwasher rack was exactly what I wanted and it fit perfect. Delivery was timely and the website was very informational. Helped me determine things like "do i need a silverware rack". Will use this site again for sure

Stove knobs are exact match for a 32 year old unit. They are perfect!!

The product arrived in pieces. I already called for an RMA and sent an image of the pieces. I was not told to return the damaged pieces (maybe because it would cost more to ship than to just toss), but I don't want to have to hold onto the pieces and shipping box if I don't have to return it. I just need confirmation of what to do.

Ordered parts and never received them. Tried calling tried emailing and got a response 2 weeks later saying they canceled my order. Worst experience ever I don't recommend anyone do business hear.

The cost is right and delivery was even before promised, also the ordering through the website was very easy and straight forward.

Ordered a water valve for my refrigerator. Came in a box with zero packaging and it was obvious that it was just bouncing around inside. Needless to say it did not work. Had to order another from another retailer to get up and running.
