Follow up. My order was the wrong part and they quickly sent a FedEx return authorization to send it back and ordered a refund.

Great, original product and great price.

Ordered OEM LG ACV72909503 Shock Absorber Damper. Received ACV72909506 which is completely wrong part. No customer service phone number, no response to email. Company will not allow return even within 60 day time frame.

I needed a part for my LG portable AC, They gave me the part number and directed me to Appliance Parts 365. I tried to get in contact with a representative to be sure I ordered the correct part. There was no one to speak to. I ordered the part which was only 7$ but S&H was also $7. When I got the part it was incorrect and not compatible with my AC, Tried to get in touch with some one to start the return process, but got complicated. To return I would lose the S&H, possibly 10% restocking fee and have to pay an additional $8 to ship it back. Very disappointed.

I got an OEM drain hose for our Maytag washer for a fantastic price, half of other sites. My order came rather quickly, ordered on 08/02/2026 and got it on 08/06/2026. I got emails about my order confirmation right away and regular updates about its status. Not sure what happened with the people who had negative experiences, it went well for me.

Such and easy experience for a great quality product

Part fit perfectly. Order came quickly and was very well packaged. Watched a how to video and I was able to install it easily by myself. Much better than having to replace the whole microwave and my husband was thankful for that. The only issue was I had to find screws because the original ones must have gotten lost when the old handle broke off. Maybe add the two small attachment screws with the part. Ordering was easy and accurate. I will be a repeat customer when the need arises. Thank you.

I was so impressed with there price, I gave them a great review, before getting the part.i asked them were is the shipping info after 8 days , it took two weeks to get and it arrived broken and damaged!
