Switching to AppFolio's web based software program in 2012 opened a world of simplicity for us. We now use one system for not only our daily Property Management operations, but our website, marketing and media, rental applications and screening, tenant interest retention, and online rent payments too! AppFolio has been amazing and continues to stay innovative with growing ideas at every turn. They are definitely a group of great minds. We're regularly getting great new updates or being notified of something wonderful on the horizon, and they welcome suggestions from us...the daily users! Don't even get me started on the customer support team. Honestly, they have to be one of the best in any company I've dealt with. They are all incredibly knowledgeable, kind, helpful, thorough, and quick to reply. Anytime we've needed assistance with their software, made an error we can't correct, don't understand where to go next, etc., we just submit a support request and within a day (if that) they are on the phone with us. All of them make it easy to reach out for help rather than stumbling through or making a bad situation worse. They also offer webinars and workshops to freshen up your skills or help you get through rough spots throughout the year. They truly are a wonderful group of people and company. Anyone looking to possible change Property Management software should look into AppFolio. You won't regret the decision.

It's okay and user friendly but I repeatedly request simple updates that are ignored.

In the near future, I would love to see the text option given to the owners and vendors profile. An option to have important items bold or italicize.

Appfolio has increase my knowledge base regarding property management while at the same time providing an easy to learn management system and marketing platform.

As for me I only have praises for Appfolio. It has made my life so much easier managing our properties ever since Appfolio was implemented in our system.

AppFolio has been a great daily tool for our property managment company. I do the accounting and there are times that I have suggestions that I wish were implemented. Overall we are very pleased with the software. Thank You!

Appfolio is by far the best property management software on the market! The ability to customize for our use makes it the easiest program to use. Having mobile access is a time saver and allows the work flow to be effortless. The only downside to the company is that they have no verbal access for immediate questions, having to leave messages for customer service and wait for responses is not always the most efficient business option for us. When our owners and/or tenants call us, they want answers now, not later-having to call people back sometimes is not the best answer.

I really like the ease in using Appfolio. When placing a help we typically receive their response at the end of the day requested. They always help us through our dilemmas. They have added many great features since we started using them in 2010. I think they have more to offer than many of the other software out there. I think their prices are moderate to the high end but it never hurts to pay for good service. They give you plenty of support and ways to make suggestions to help us all. But no program is perfect when trying to accommodate such vast markets. We Love it.
