AppFolio is a convenient way to pay…
AppFolio is a convenient way to pay rent monthly. I never have any issues paying or experience any glitches. I can view my lease agreement and pay rent in one location. I can also contact maintenance if something needs to be fixed through the app!

Rating the new AI leasing agent.
I am a little surprised to see some of these bad reviews. I have had AppFolio for about 8 years now and it's amazing software. I came on here to review the AI leasing agent. I love this. It has saved me so much time and I feel like I am more in touch with perspective applicants and the responses are well though out. I had this for about a month now and I am over the moon.

Great Energy & Great People!
I love the energy of the event. Personally, the app was the best part. I had everything I needed on my phone! Oh and Robin Arzon's keynote was SO amazing. She was very inspirational. The espresso bar was definitely a plus!

In my opinion, AppFolio software is the best for a paperless system. It's incredibly easy to use and you can make corrections at any time.
