Munras Property Management, my firm, 26 months ago was using a desk top management system. After a long research effort I decided on AppFolio. The following is a list of excellence and i could add more!!! 1. The initial discussion about your system with your sales person was enjoyable and his being present on the screen was great. This was a much better experience than with other firms to which i had talked. 2. As a former project manager in another business i really appreciated your data transfer system: your people, the time lines and your required training. 3. Being assigned one lead support person during the transfer and subsequent months after the install was also key to a fast efficient and trouble free install. I sent flowers to two of your employees as a thank you for their great install help. 4. Your support during the first moths was remarkable as has been your support after that. Your support staff are amazing. 5. Your constant upgrades to the system continue to make our job of management easier and is saving us more and more time. 6. Last year I attended your Santa Barbara event where I learned a lot and enjoyed hearing you CEO speak. The genius bar was great. 7. Your web site folks worked with me on a revision of our/your original web site. The result has been very effective and we have had compliments on it. Our rental posting on it and automatically on many other the internet sites have minimized our vacancy times. 8. Your smart phone system has saved me a great deal of time by being able to remotely record inspections, lease signing, assigning vendors to tenant service requests, etc. 9. Your online rent payment system has also saved us a lot of time.

Great software(ok in the cloud) for any size property management company. It makes the bookkeeping work go more rapidly every day of the month.

I enjoy AF and the process of building a pioneering system. I think as it continues to tailor itself seamlessly around it's consumers it will be the one to beat.

Reliable, smooth user friendly, excellent customer service, quick response. Continual updates and upgrades. AppFolio sponsored luncheons w/other user and customers in our area. Great networking opportunities with other management companies and AppFolio. I can access from home and process transactions for instant response to owners and tenants. I am so glad my company chose AppFolio for our property management and accounting.

We have used Appfolio for 4 years & they are very quick to respond to problems, suggestions, etc. Their on-line training is excellent. I find it much easier that the previous program the company had been using.

Coming from a prior property management software program to Appfolio, is like driving a used 1981 Honda and now driving a brand new Mercedes. It's easy to use. Everything is seamless, and so user friendly. The help section is great - I can usually solve my issues or learn something new. Also the software is always improving and changing with the clients needs. It's client focused and focused on making our job as property managers easier. So THANK YOU!
