AppFolio has revolutionized our Property Management success
With other Property Management Software companies we have used in the past, we struggled with receiving help and getting feedback. AppFolio is constantly adding new and integrative features to help property managers, owners and residents.

great company and great customer service

Response Time to Support Requests
We've noticed that when we submit a support request it takes a while before we can get an answer. Usually the representative calls us when we are done with work. Probably due to the time difference. To have a life chat would be very helpful.

Country Club Place Apts.
This is the easiest most sensible program for Apartment management that I have ever worked. My one wish is that the "past" residents would drop to a separate space, allowing the present and future residents first access. I am beginning to have more Past than present and it is a lot to wade thru.
