Great, no problems at all!

AppFolio is a great Property Management tool. I love that it has everything all in one place, from work orders to tenant conversations to building information. It really helps to have everything coordinated. I would recommend this program.

We have been using AppFolio for a year now. It is a great software program and has pretty much eliminated all paperwork. Very easy to use and covers all of all the different circumstances that come up in the property management world. There customer service is fabulous!

I wish when printing the work orders it would show how much time was spent on the job, the employees name and date of work. When viewing the work order the WO# should also be listed in the body of the WO so you dont have to scroll up to the top to see what WO you are working on.

AppFolio has aided high quality functions to property management. They continue to add features that create an easy transition in an otherwise hectic routine.

Appfolio has helped me a lot throughout the years, it is most certainly the best app there is to use if you have work for property management

Relate 1099, we have too many owners outside the USA, when I ran 1099 Folio they made 1099 instead of 1042 form to these all owners . I need to do it manually and scan and post it to the owner's portal. When I looking the portal I saw1099 to all the international owners, because when I ran 1099, Folio took everybody.

Overall, I think this is a great tool for ownership and property managers to communicate with and care for tenants. I appreciate that I can manage rent payments and maintenance care, develop reports, and keep quite of bit of data of ownership, properties, tenants and vendors all in one place.
