I get spam mail, I thing was the companies and try to log inn but I didn’t get any where and after the I get a mail from the office

I have not had problems with AppFolio…until now
I have not had problems with AppFolio or it’s customer service but recently, I have had to follow up with requests for help after waiting for nearly a week for an answer. (which I still do not have) This is unacceptable no matter what time of year it happens to be (I am aware that currently, companies are in the full swing of 1099s and more than likely the reps are being bombarded with help requests but just like any other day of the year, clients have everyday problems that need resolution regardless of how busy the AppFolio department may be) - I am currently not a happy customer -

Need too be able to upload more than…
Need too be able to upload more than one pic at a time, it Is frustrating and time consuming

Hi Jerome, you can upload multiple photos to an inspection using AppFolio's mobile app! 1. On an open inspection, tap an area name such as "Kitchen" or "Bedroom," then tap an item name (within the area) such as "Refrigerator" to open the item details. 2. On the item details tap Add Photos. Your camera will immediately open or you'll be asked to give the mobile app access to your camera (select Allow). 3. Tap the blue button to take a photo and repeat as necessary. All of these photos are immediately saved to your phone or tablet's camera roll so you can upload or sort through them at a later time if needed. Click Done to exit the camera. Make sure your phone and mobile app are up-to-date for the best user experience!

AppFolio is the most advanced
AppFolio is the most advanced, user friendly and superior property management software available. We have used the top 3 PM software over the last 15 years and AppFolio is by far #1 in our opinion. The addition of Lisa (AI leasing partner) to our AppFolio has been great. Our tenants and owners appreciate our switch to AppFolio as does our office staff/onsite managers.

AppFolio is a very effective system…
AppFolio is a very effective system that provides a significant wealth of data storage capability designed specifically for real property management companies with great ease of navigation for those with minimally moderate levels of experience. At the Novice level, it may be somewhat daunting. However, assistance has increasingly become readily available. AppFolio has become my primary tool to effectively manage my business. Thank-you.

Great app very useful for day to day work and reoccurring work orders. Really like the survey option so you can see how you are doing
