AppFolio's support is a joke. They attempt to funnel you through their user-powered forums before you can even get a chat window, and then you're forced to bash your way through "potential fixes" presented by AI before you can "start a chat with an agent". Guess what! No agents. They never come. I waited for over an hour in one instance. Tried again today and left after a five minutes. I was on the phone waiting for support to pick up during this time as well. Absolutely no response from anyone and I feel like we're simply left to our own devices with this product. What a waste of effort trying to ask them for help. Guess I'll nuke the account and start from scratch if the system won't let me use it as intended.

I am not a manager but a leasing agent, but I use AppFolio as well for everything. AppFolio is very useful, self-explanatory, and very easy to use.

Appfolio is the worst in its class of property management software. Believe all the negative reviews on google maps and elsewhere. Customer service never responds effectively and is staffed by people that are incompetent and when you ask for a supervisor or someone that actually can fix the issue they ignore you. I have tried to resolve a problem since May of 2021 with over 15 emails requesting to talk to their IT director and support director. They never give a name, phone or even an email address. Also the email address they say to contact on google maps review section ie. “a.miller@appfolio” also never responds. I have wrote to this assumed fake person asking them for their phone number a few times so that I can call them directly. But they never do... Appfolio the stonewall of incompetence. The ostrich head in the sand of customer service in the support of a suicidal business model. Run don’t walk away... Give your business and money to people that can actually care and communicate when problems with their product/service occurs.

Couldn't ask for a better experience with a Property Management Software! Appfolio is constantly updating and innovating to provide the best service to their customers. Would recommend to anyone that asked!

Appfolio customer service SUCKS right now... I need to submit a support request and have not been able to do so. I have tried at intermitting times over the last few weeks to no avail. It always wants you to chat, NO OPTION to submit a support request. NEVER can get anyone to chat, always says that someone will be with you shortly OR that chat is unavailable at this time, try later. I NEED help with a bank reconciliatIon where we deposited money into one bank account (checking) but when we actually took it to the bank, they deposited it into the savings account. I thought that would be no problem, so I made a journal entry to correct, happens that the property that was used in the transaction is no associated with the savings account, SO I NEED APPFOLIO TO HELP ME, NO OTHER WAY TO FIX IT.

We have been using Appfolio for 10 years and I am continually impressed with their attentiveness. They also keep up with the times making updates regularly to make the experience using their product more enjoyable.

Got an email regarding a problem - called and left a voice mail - call was returned within 5 minutes and issue was clarified and fixed immediately - a followup email was send seconds after our phone call with details for corrective action. IT JUST DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN APPFOLIO'S SUPPORT TEAM!

Well, when I was searching for a software provider 5 years ago, I changed my approach to a partner, and that's what I got. I feel Elite Housing Management would not be where we are today without that true partnership Appfolio gives us as a business. It is pitched as part of our sales process, and when the customers realize what they get is what we have pitched, they are more than happy. It is a great product today, and will continue to get better in the future as they are constantly working on updates for us. Great Company and people. Thank you Appfolio !!!
