Few days after ordering I got a email and they let me know one of my items were back ordered and should they refund.. which is fine. They said Nevermind they would process the order and I was confused and when I got the order it was missing that item. I felt I had to take extra time to get this Refund and I don’t like that at all. Just take care of your customers

From start to finish working with Jason at Apparel Bus was a smooth process. We ordered 50 custom baseball caps and needed very specific revisions to the design. Jason was easy to reach and quick to respond to all our requests. The design department did a great job! Our caps arrived on schedule and as promised. We are very pleased with the results and won't hesitate to place another order with Apparel Bus.

Took 3 days to even initially process my order. Then it was sent to the secondary supplier, who did not touch my order for another 3 days. Being 6 days with no movement, I reached out to cancel the order. I tried contacting them for 3 hours during their posted business hours, with no answer. I chatted, texted, emailed, and called from 7am to 10am on a Monday. I verified their hours with Google Business and their own website. No response, and the lines all said they were closed. When they finally responded after 10:30am, they said they couldn't cancel the order. And of course, my strong attempts to cancel lead them to generating the shipping label immediately after, but still the items were not shipped until ANOTHER 3 days later. ApparelBus was meanwhile untruthful about their customer service being inadvertently closed saying they had "heavy call volume and sometimes we miss." Their phone lines went immediately to a "sorry we are closed" voicemail all morning even though I called from 2 different phone lines, and the chats, emails, and texts were unresponsive and/or gave "we're closed" responses. After several emails back and forth, they agreed to refund my order, since it didn't ship for 9 days. Another 9 days passed and they had still not refunded my order. I stated I would be going to the BBB and charging back my card. They again agreed to a refund. Days later I checked my statement and they refunded me less than half of the order, keeping the shipping costs of $15.00. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized company. Will never be a customer again. They flagged this review as "harmful." I have the call logs, texts, and email chain.
