My order arrived and was embroidered incorrectly, and it's been impossible to reach someone to get it fixed. Just wasted thousands of dollars on product I can't use. Will never buy from this company again.

So far, the products themselves have been great, but unfortunately the customer service has been extremely disappointing. I’ve been trying to complete a simple return for nearly two weeks and have been given the runaround the entire time. I’ve contacted the company multiple times and still have not received the return shipping labels or a clear resolution. I’ve already placed another order for the correct items, so I’m simply trying to return the incorrect ones and receive my refund. This should not take two weeks and repeated follow-ups to resolve. Great products, but the return process and customer service need serious improvement.

It’s my first time using this company. The order was about 140 T-shirts for our women annual retreat. We experienced great delivery service but the sizes on the t-shirts were off. 3 t-shirts we stained, one was broken. The sizes were either too big or too small. For example, the small sizes looked like children sized instead of adult. Some people had to exchanged t-shirts due to the wrong size. A person who ordered a 2XL ended up exchanging it for a 3XL. Then another one that ordered a 3XL ended wearing a 2XL because it was too big. It seems like they put the wrong size labels.

Wrong shirt sent, have emailed customer service multiple times without response.
