Item is not what was advertised! These shirts are cheap crap! Do not order from this company!

Turn around in getting the product is poor. My order has been on label created for 4-5 days with no update. So I had to order somewhere different to get what I needed on time.

I wanted to exchange a jacket that I bought that was to small. I filled out the page with my info and never got a reply. Then when I went to customer service. They asked if I wanted to return the whole order in which i said no and explained I wanted to return the one jacket and sent them the copy of the page for an exchange. They then didnt reply and are not communicating at all.

I received most of my order, but not the 4X, 5X, & 6X shirts I ordered. I called the help line and was told they would be arriving in 2 days. I’m on day 3 and tracking number is still invalid.

The product was so poor quality!! So thin it was like a tshirt.

Only 8 of 9 hoodies I ordered are here. I need that extra hoodie for the group. This is really really disappointing. Only 4 of the 5 medium hoodies are present.

This has been the worst first experience with a new company. I ordered 10 shirts and was sent 10 shirts in a less expensive brand without explaining why. At least one of the shirts I received has a dark stain on it. I have not looked at the rest. I reached Tuesday and was told they would get back to me about returning. I would still like the brand that I actually ordered. It's Friday now, I have yet to receive a response and I still have these shirts. This ruins my deadline and I don't even get the courtesy of an explanation or an actual apology. Totally unacceptable. Shipping was fast at least... Can someone quickly provide me a way to ship back quickly? They take my money quickly then leave me on read. I called before I emailed but at 10 am on a Tuesday, the recording says closed. I wanted to discuss this before leaving any review but clearly nobody cares about their business, customers, or how to keep either.

Thought I was ordering a Demin color shirt...turns out the material was Demin. I asked to send it back and they said I'd have to pay shipping to send it back PLUS a 15% restocking fee. This company is a ripe off. Never again will I deal with these people.
