There was a tiny bit of confusion on what pages had to be translated but it was so easy to communicate with APEX and clarify what we needed. Once we had decided to go ahead with the order, the translations were completed quickly and in the exact format we originally sent-color, font, layout, etc. Prompt responses with email, great follow up, and will use again if more translation services are needed.
