Apex has always been responsive to our requests, and expeditious in providing us the necessary translations.

Apex is always helpful and easy to work with. I did have to follow up to see why it was not sent on time, probably computer issues.

Fast response by the customer service. Taking care of the requests as fast and as adequate .

The customer service was professional and responsive, but the translation didn't quite fit our needs because it wasn't adaptive to area lingo/informalities. Our in-office Spanish-speaker confirmed that the language was far too formal to be understood by the average Spanish-speaker in our area. While we appreciated the service, the translation doesn't quite fit our needs.

The translation process was fairly smooth; a few very minor hiccups but was easily sorted. The quality of the translation is quite good and the price was reasonable.

I have referred your service to my colleagues, however please follow up with an acknowledgement and set the expectation on the delivery date. This was the only thing that concerned me.

The entire team at Apex was wonderful to work with. We had a large scope project with a tight timeline and it would not have been possible without the responsiveness and professionalism of the Apex team. Amanda was my main contact and her level of professionalism and organizational skills were a tremendous assets to keeping the project moving forward.
