After contacting various translations services, we chose Apex Translations for our business document translation project because of their competitive rate. Amanda was very quick to respond to all my inquiries and clearly explained the process. The project was delivered on time and in a professional format.

We were very happy with our first order from Apex! We needed some election materials translated into Spanish and Tagalog and they did a great job for a competitive price.

We were happy to learn that our project could be completed within 1 business day, since we were on a tight schedule. When we first tried to pay with credit card online, the website was glitchy and would not let us. This was a little inconvenient but not a huge problem. We called to pay over the phone. I spoke with Emily and she took our information. She was very polite and helpful. Everything was acceptable at that point. However, we waited the 1 business day with no update, confirmation, or product. After we called to complain about this, we were informed that we would get the product that day (2nd business day). This was the first time using the service, and though we received a decent work product and the staff was friendly, it was not a first-time experience that would encourage us to use this service again. The website had problems and our product was late.

Thank you for sending us your review of our services! We welcome client feedback as it often provides us with valuable insight that we may not be privy to otherwise. We researched your project to better understand the circumstances described in your review. We were able to confirm that the were some server issues with our credit card processor, which most likely caused the difficulties you experienced paying online. We received your payment information on the telephone on 3/23 at about noon ET and we confirmed that we would proceed with the project at that time. Unfortunately, we failed to also issue a written confirmation. For this we apologize. We are currently addressing both issues – the lack of confirmation and the server issue. Regarding the project schedule: In our proposal that we provided to you, we indicated that our turnaround time for this project is approximately one business day. Our proposal also indicated that if the go-ahead is given to us after 10 am ET, the first day of the turnaround period would start the following business day. We received the go-ahead on 3/23 at about noon ET and delivered the final product on 3/24 2:46 pm ET. It seems that your interaction with us was indeed not as streamlined as it should have been and - as a result of your feedback - we will be instituting some improvements to our processes to avoid the types of delays that you have experienced. Again, thank you for providing your feedback. The Apex team
