Stay well clear
Stay well clear, scooter stopped working within warranty period, they sent new battery, then would not charge. After a few emails back and forth, they admitted a fault and paid for it to go and be repaired. The scooter then returned with same fault and still wouldn't work. Have asked for replacement or refund only to be told that parts will wear out in time and hope I understand. I am going to have ask for charge back through credit card as you won't get anywhere asking them anything. They keep delaying so you come out warranty period, even though the fault happened within the warranty period. Then will not honour warranty even though fault happened and was reported with in time. Better buying from a UK seller or amazon where you are better protected. They have offered a return, but when I received the the return label it was to send back to their repair people again. Not what the agreed, they keep changing their minds what they are going to do. They have changed all their policies on their website to suit them, luckily I saved a screenshot of their original terms from when the fault first happened. But they are not willing to honour this. Think they are not the official store for aovo products like they say. They even copy and paste the same reviews to improve their score. They scam the review system they will scam you out of your money. The reviews on their website are fake, have tried putting a one star review and aovo store will not allow any bad reviews on there. Don't trust them stay well clear. Now they are trying to offer a refund for a third of the purchase price, even though it broke within warranty which states I can request a full refund. A joke if a company. It has taken over 6 months to get money back, had to charge back through card provider. Again please avoid when things go wrong no customer care.
